Incorrect discount applied
I received an email from TurboTax with a link for 20% discount. The linked page showed $200 as the price for Expert Full Service Self-Employed:
But when I added all of my details, the payment page showed $250 per return:
This seems like a recurring bug/issue where the discount is not or incorrectly applied, and following advice from other threads, I've completed the payment and am now trying to get a refund for the additional amount charged to me.

For assistance with TurboTax Full Service, please contact your tax prep assistant. You can do this by clicking on "Documents", and then "I have questions or need help with docs".

There is no such option under Documents -- only the option to book a call.
And according to all other threads, the discount issue is resolved by contacting customer support through Turbotax community, not by contacting the Tax expert.

Only Full Service can refund Full Service fees. So, you can either book a call with them or I can get someone from Full service to call you.

I have 2 Turbotax accounts associated with my email, one for US and one for Canada (current account -- I no longer live in the US)
