The activation code for my 2025 Deluxe Online Edition is not being accepted?

Purchased at Costco Canada

If you have bought TurboTax Online, please go to turbotax.ca/activate to use your code before you start your returns. You can see this TurboTax FAQ for step-by-step instructions: In TurboTax Online, how do I use a prepayment code? 

 

Please keep in mind that the code can only be used once per account. Using the code again will result in an error message. It can only be linked to one account. Additionally, TurboTax Online and TurboTax Desktop codes are not interchangeable.

Recent purchase from Costco.   Have entered the activation code and continue to get an error message.

Can you please suggest what I can do to fix it.   Do I return it to Costco or can you assist.

What error code/message are you getting? 

 

If you purchased TurboTax Online, you must activate the code to link it to your Intuit Online account. Please use this link to activate it for your account. This code can only be activated once in a single account. All returns must be filed from this account.

If you bought TurboTax Desktop, you need to download the software onto your computer from this link.
