Can you clarify by March 5, will I be able to fill T2125 thorough Turbo tax online version? 

Already paid 120+tax for me and my partner, and unable to file now, really?

I called again for a refund. They finally did it but claim the CCA error will be fixed by Thursday. 

 

I don't have faith in that so I took my refund and went to Ufile. Filed no problem. It is a TT issue not a CRA issue.

This is so annoying, hopefully it is resolved by Thursday. If not I am calling them on Thursday and asking for a refund to and that I file through them, taxes take for ever to move to another platform is brutal.

Turbo Tax took your funds but didn't file - not much integrity there, so I am planning to switch to Ufile. I will never ever use Turbo Tax again.

That shouldn’t matter. If you bill for a service and cannot provide the service it’s fraud - it would be for anyone else! People have a right to be frustrated. You charge people $100 each up front but then say AFTER you cannot complete the service paid for. In every other circumstance that is unacceptable. If the products aren’t ready you have no right to sell them.

Hi, I've used Turbo Tax online for several years, but after they had me pay, and then were unable to file, I am switching to Ufile.  This was a scam by Turbo Tax to not inform the user until after they paid that they could not file.  Never again - I'm absolutely ashamed to use Turbo Tax anymore.  Collect the $ and fix it later or if at all.
