I installed my initial licence, and it was working correctly. Still, after I finished my return, I couldn't access the updated forms before submission due to the following error message: "TurboTax H&B\Resource\ttdownld.exe cannot be found."

I decided to uninstall it, and now I cannot reinstall it using the original key code. Where can I find help to resolve this issue?
