T4FHSA
I ENTERED T4FHSA IN BOX 18 AND THE AMOUNT IS NOT PICKED UP ON LINE 20805 AS DEDUCTION RESULTING IN MISCALCULATION OF REFUND. SEEMS TO BE SOFTWARE ISSUE OR ANY BODY WHO CAN GUIDE AS TO WHERE THE PROBABLE MISTAKE CAN BE?

Troubleshooting
i called no response. Turbo tax software has problem and needs to be fixed. Nobody cares to do that
Smaller softwares Efile/DT max etc are working perfect except Turbo Tax. I have been using Turbo software for the past 15 years but recently they have started ignoring problems. Looks like we need to move to different software who cares for customers

@jsandhu1 Our phone lines are open from 9am to 12am 7 days a week during tax season. You can call our customer support at 1-888-829-8608.
They have access to tools we don't have here in the Community, like screenshare, and see the issues to escalate into an investigation if needed.
