On Schedule 15, is the 'Designation of qualifying withdrawal' checkbox marked?

If you double-click Line 59, does it take you back to Box 20 of the T4FHSA, or does it take you to a worksheet?"

On the T4FHSA form in Forms Mode, look for a 'Qualifying Withdrawal' checkbox. Is it checked 'Yes'

Open the 'FHSA History' or 'FHSA Worksheet' from the forms list. Does it show any errors or '0' values in the 2025 column?

I cannot find a Type of Withdrawal checkbox on the T4FHSA entry screen. There is no Designation of Qualifying Withdrawal checkbox on Schedule 15 that I can see.

Double-clicking line 59 takes me to Box 20.

There is no Qualifying Withdrawal checkbox on the T4FHSA form.
The FHSA History or FHSA Worksheet are no on the forms list.

This is happening with both entered FHSAs (joint return).
