My tax return will not load

i have been trying to log into my account, it will start to load my info then a message will come up saying "TurboTax has encountered a problem. Please close this browser window and try connecting to TurboTax Online again." this has been happening for the last two days, i would like to submit my taxes but can't

It does not work. I have used three different browsers, called support, cleared all data cashed, opened all firewalls, removed all add blockers and still nothing.

Even more indicative of the location of the problem is that I have no problem to get my CRA information with TurboTax Desktop. Unfortunately, there is no import function between your own Desktop software and your online software. Or is there (could not find).

It is late but in my informed opinion, it is a bug in your own online service.

Please assist.
