The email from us that you posted says “We were unable to process payment with the credit card on your file and your TurboTax Advantage subscription has ended.” If we didn’t process your credit card payment, then no code (or CD) was sent.

 

If you were charged for your TurboTax Advantage subscription, but still haven’t received you code, either our social media team or phone support can verify your info and get you your code.

 

If you purchased TurboTax Online or TurboTax CD/Download (separately from TurboTax Advantage), please check your Junk/Spam & deleted items folder for the email with the code in it. If you still can’t find it, again either our social media team or phone support can verify your info and get you your code.
