Troubleshooting
It is unfortunate that Assist & Review do not have use of any of those platforms. A temporary solution may be for another number to be used for the initial phone call with the agent as it is only a minute or two before they connect via your computer to do the review. To accomplish this, you will also need to update your contact info with the new telephone number.
