Doing returns for my 2 kids, both in Uni. Both have social benefits repayments line 42200. Neither received social benefits payments. Anyone know why this happens?

Hi there, my wife was outside of Canada from December 2023 to September 2024. During this time she received child benefit. But I dont see any CRA T4E for that? can u help
