Unfortunately NETFILE is currently unavailable until February 26, 2018 for all tax years due to system maintenance being performed by the Canada Revenue Agency.  Please try back on or after February 26, 2018 and you will be able to NETFILE your income tax return.

can you tell me why im locked out and says i need permission to access the returns i just finished the last few days? my friend was using the program and now she cant get back in. thank you

Did you try NETFILING your tax return at least 5 times?

Unfortunately once you attempt to NETFILE 5 times, you will be locked out of the system.

You can fill the 2014 return by printing and mailing it to CRA. The Netfile and Efile services are not available for returns prior to 2016. This is a CRA restriction:
