cannt open turbotax on loptop

I installed 2019 turbotax disk on my loptop and entered the license code the first time I used it. However the second and third time I open the icon it told me that it was installed and asked me to enter the license code again. This happened 3 times including today. Now it tells me that I have installed this disk 5 times already. But I hade installed it only 3 times. I have 2 computers and a loptop. On my 2 desktop computer it only asked me to enter the license code at the installation. Only on my loptop it asked me to add the license code every time I open turbotax. What can I do
