Does anyone know how to resolve "The Canada Revenue Agency's NETFILE service is currently unavailable. We recommend trying again later." message?

I am seeing this error message at the top of the TurboTax page while trying to file my 2018 taxes. It has been there for over a week. Does anyone know how I can get around this?
