If you didn't get a NETFILE confirmation code, then your return was not submitted. To submit your tax return using NETFILE, follow these instructions for TurboTax Online or TurboTax Desktop.

We are sorry the CRA was unable to accept your NETFILE Tax return. ( in red)
1. Messesge from CRA:
CRA result code: 15
Your account is locked. You need to contact CRA ( which i did called them and they said it's not lock and they find nothing in my file)
2. You have 2 options:
Try NETFILE again ( which i have try many many time and the results are the same)
Print and mail your return to CRA
You'll need to contact the CRA to unlock your NETFILE account.

You have 5 attempts to NETFILE your return. If none of those attempts are successful, then you are locked out of your NETFILE account. Only the CRA can unlock this for you.
Your NETFILE account is different from your My Account, which is not needed to be able to NETFILE your return.
Okay thank you so much for your information. I'll contact CRA and hopefully it would work this them.
