As I submitted this question more than 9 months ago (last text season) and had not received a reply before the April 30th tax deadline, I was driven to find a quicker answer. So it was already resolved last spring.
If I have any further needs for support during the upcoming tax season, I certainly hope it will not be 9 months again before I receive the support I need.
I am not meaning to be critical of the helpful (albeit unbelievably tardy) response Shane27 provided, but there is obviously a gap in support.
