i tried different devises, browers and deleted cookies several times.
but unfortuantely same page.
i even paid for deluxe.

What were you trying to do or what page were you on when you got this error? Are you currently outside of Canada?

I've finished all the work and tried to download the t1 pdf.
I'm currently located outside of Canada.
but I still get the same screen when I try it with a VPN.
We've reported this issue to our development team, and they are looking into it. There's no ETA at the moment, but we will update this thread when we get any news.
