CRA might not have that on record; that is why. Import will only bring the slips that were already reported to CRA. We suggest contacting the issuer of the slip.

I'm caught in a Catch22. I can't see my slips with the CRA. BMO Investor line says they submitted all my slips. Turbotax says it isn't there. This sucks!!
If you can't see your slips in your CRA My Account, then you should contact the CRA for more assistance. If you are in Canada or the United States, you can call the CRA at 1-800-959-8281.
