You can change your email address in the Account Settings, which is at the very bottom of the left side menu in TurboTax Online.
The account setting’s doesn’t work. I need to update my name as well.

To contact them, please follow this link: Contact Us. When asked if you wish to receive an email say NO then say "speak to a representative" then hold the line.
