    How do I restart my tax return when "Tax Tools" menu doesn't appear?

    There is no "Tax Tools" menu in the Canadian version of TurboTax. 

     

    To start a new return in TurboTax Online, select “Start a New Return” from under “My Returns” in the top left corner.
