I am filing for the 1st time. My sin # starts with 9. I tried to netfile but I don't see CRA confirmation # from turbo tax & I don’t have CRA account. Do I have to mail?

I am filing for myself and my wife and both of us have SIN starts with 9.

I can't find the CRA confirmation # with green check mark.

I am not sure if the returns were submitted or I can't find a way to find out...

Unfortunately, the CRA excludes people with a SIN number that starts with 9 from their NETFILE service: https://www.canada.ca/en/revenue-agency/services/e-services/e-services-individuals/netfile-overview/...

You'll have to print and mail your return.
