I entered self employment earning but they don't agree with the net income that shows on the summary. I entered 3,071,56 and the summary says 21,963.35.

If you click on the income tab, scroll down to self-employment, you should find your details and an option to edit.  This will allow you to re-check your figures to make sure that you don't have an extra zero in there somewhere.
