I have a releve 1 but no t4 how do I enter this?

If you have a Relevé 1 only (no T4), and your employer is established in Québec, go to the T4 step and enter the following:

• employer’s name
• QC as the province of employment (box 10)

Then click on Save T4 & Enter Relevé 1, and then fill out your Relevé 1 information. When you are done, click on Save and Continue.
