I have purchased and paid for 2020 download. I started my return and am being told I will pay 19.98 plus 20.00 for my husband. Can anyone explain

Did you use your web browser to create your return? If so, you are using TurboTax Online, not the CD/Download version. If you want to continue with those returns, you will have to pay again, because the CD/Download will not work with the online version. If you would rather start again using the CD/Download version, you can download it from our website here: https://turbotax.community.intuit.ca/community/product-information/help/where-can-i-download-the-cd-... When you install it, it will ask you for your code then, and you will not have to pay again.
