TurboTax doesn't charge on a monthly basis, and I only see the one TurboTax order on your account from about 12 months ago. Do you use another Intuit product like Quickbooks, Credit Carma or Mail Chimp? If so, the charge might be coming from them, and you'll need to contact them to resolve your issue.
Thank you for getting back to me. I never purchased anything from Quickbooks, Credit Carma or Mail Chimp, the only purchase I’m aware is the TurboTax charge in March last year for my tax return. I’m afraid that Intuit Canada will charge me again in February and don’t even know how to stop them or what these charges are for.
