I need to reinstall TurboTax 2016 to file an adjustment. I've got it reinstalled but the activation server no longer exists. How can I get this reactivated?

Thanks!  I was able to get past the activation code but I can't open my tax files for that year as I guess the software had multiple updates before I filed my return so I need to apply the updates first.  If I say Check for Updates, it says I need to update but if I tell it to update, nothing happens. Presumably because any older downloads have been removed. So how am I supposed to view prior years tax files now? = (
