I purchased the Premier Online Edition & yet when completing the taxes. I get the response to upgrade to Premier? How do I fix this?

How do I prove I have the Premier Online Edition? As I am being asked to upgrade to Premier. Where do I prove I have the Premier Online Edition>

Did you go to turbotax.ca/activate to use your code before you started your returns? If not, you can try entering the activation code into the coupon code box on the payment screen of the return.

Yes, I have entered my Premier Online Edition Activation code dozen's of times & the program keeps telling me.

"Something's not right, try re-entering your code"

How can I get Premier Online instead of the stand edition that updated?

Please send a screen print of where this "Coupon Code" is to change the level to Premium. As I have tried setting up a new account & the program remains as standard & "Premium " which I bought. Please provide support as the days are counting down faster!

I am so frustrated as this is not the same support I had received when I first started using TurboTax
