I received tax receipts for TD Comfort Balanced Growth Portfolio contributions but I'm unsure where to add them on the tax return. Thanks

It does't show if it's a T5 or anything else of the sort on the document.

If your receipts say "Contribution" and specify that they were made from "Mar to Dec", or "the 1st 60 days of 2018", they would most likely be RRSP Contributions. Report these contributions in the RRSP Profile.
