This TurboTax FAQ tells you how to save/print a copy of your tax return in TurboTax Online: How do I print/save a copy of my return in TurboTax Online?

If it's asking you to pay, please make sure that you are logged into the same account that you used to file the return. If you used TurboTax CD/Download to file your return, then it won’t show up online. You would have to reinstall the program and open the .ttxx in order to get a pdf or print out.
