    If I choose to switch to the Full Service option can the tax expert use the information I already entered?

    I have entered all my income details for "Assist & Review" but now want to switch to have an expert do them. Can they access all the information I already entered?

    No. If you upgrade to Full Service, the Tax Experts will start your return over, and they won't reuse any return that you've already started yourself.
