If I have paid tax for income in my home country before I become a tax resident in Cad (in late July, 2022), do I still have to report that income?

Yes, you still have to report your income from before you came to Canada as part of your worldwide income, as it may be used to calculate any credits that are income based. You will not be taxed on this income, though.
