If I start with the standard package, can I upgrade to get expert help and line by line review at a later time if needed?

Yes, you can!

If you are using TurboTax Online, you can always upgrade by clicking on the upgrade link at the bottom of the left side menu.

If you are using TurboTax CD/Download, you can click on the "Live Tax Advice" icon on the blue icon bar to add Assist & Review to your return.
