Importing from CRA : Not Having all r

Hello 

 

I have turbo Premier and I trying Importing all my SLIPS for CRA and revenu QUebec

I have about 34 I see on the CRA site,  but Turbo only import 1 .. This is useless, same from Revenuu Quebec

These are standard investment slips.. nothing special  and are in the list of slips supposed to work. I tried 2-3 times and does work

@user17758515417 We don't currently have any known issues with AFR/Auto-fill, and I have no way of testing this feature myself. Phone support will be able to look at this problem with you.

I have exactly the same problem.  Importation from CRA and Quebec only import 1 or 2 documents out of many clearly available and visible on CRA and Quebec portal.

 

I have tried Chrome and Firefox.  Same result.

 

No error message, just missing 95% of all documents 

 

Support please advise.
