Where do I find the provincial tax profile in the downloaded version of turbo tax, to turn off the Climate action credit.?

The help section says to go to the provincial profile to turn it off.  But I cannot find it.

In EasyStep mode, click on Find, then search for provincial. Select Provincial Tax Summary and click Go. Make sure that the Climate Action Incentive is checked off. Then go forward through the pages until you get the Climate Action Incentive page. Select No, save and then go back to the Provincial Tax Summary. Now uncheck the Climate Action Incentive and save.
