If you bought TurboTax CD/Download directly from us via TurboTax.ca, your licence code appears on the electronic receipt that's emailed to you.
Check your junk mail folder to make sure your TurboTax receipt didn’t end up there by mistake.
My receipt didn't have the code

Can you please confirm if this issue was resolved? If not could you please confirm the version of the software you bought and the year? As this is a public forum, you will need to answer yes if the email address attached to this account is the correct one to contact you with. Replying with the email will be deleted by the system if enclosed in the message.
