    Yes, we still offer the free version of TurboTax. 

     

    Unfortunately, if you have mistakenly opted for an upgrade, which would explain this amount, you will need to restart your return from the beginning, choosing the free version and refusing any upgrades along the way. It is impossible to downgrade.
