We are using the online version for the first time after always purchasing the CD version previously. I didn't realize until I went to review and pay for my returns that the pre-purchased code was going to come up as invalid. I see that all the returns have to be created under the same online profile. I want to know if there is a way for me to login into the account of the person that registered the product and import my completed returns or if I would need to start all over instead?
Unfortunately, there is no way to transfer returns between accounts in TurboTax Online. You would have to redo the return in the correct account.
