    Can I combine two T4’s that are from the same employer?

    No, you must enter both T4s separately. CRA receives copies of each T4 and every year they do a "matching process". You would likely get a reassessment as it would only show one T4 being submitted for you, and it could result in a huge mess of adjustments and extra income added for you. 🙂
