I saw this thread about the ON479-A CARE tax credit reassessment issue. I contacted TurboTax a couple of weeks ago about this same situation, which cost us a reassessment of >$6,000 for 2022 and 2023. The customer service escalated to remote desktop tech. They were very rude and dismissive of my concerns, stating that this is not the software's issue and blamed it on us.
After reading this forum, it is clear we are not the only ones affected by this. How can we prepare a request to TurboTax to address this situation?
Can you send me one as well? I've been trying numerous ways to contact you and none have worked.

Hello all,
I too got a notice last week that the CRA reassessed our 2022 and 2023 tax returns and we got a tax bill of just over $6100. We file our taxes as a couple. I'm looking for help from the admins/moderators or anyone with experience in this matter on what should our next steps be.

@TurboTaxVeronique, I also sent in a claim under the accuracy calculation warranty and the package was delivered to TurboTax Returns Dept., 8 Spadina Avenue - Suite 1900 - Toronto, On - M5V 0S8. Canada Post tracking showed "Delivered to recipient's delivery partner" on April 4th. I have not received any confirmation of receipt. Please also send me the AG form you are referring to. Thank you.
