have signed in after some difficulty multiple times stp have started files for me and my spouse stp only to find i had to ctc cra re address and province change stp when i tried to return to existing file ,found i was starting a new one in error stp when i tried to create my own access code worked only one time then system did not recognize stp pls ctc mefor assistance thanx
If you are using a MAC computer you must use our Online version since our CD/Download version is not compatible with MAC computers.
If you are using TurboTax Online - You should try using a different browser to see if that will help. If you are still experiencing issues please contact our customer support
