Try rebooting your computer. You can also try running the program as an administrator.
I tried rebooting, but still only a blank page (with TurboTax 2023 at the top left corner) opens.
Please try downloading from our 2023 Desktop/Download link and choose the version you have purchased to then use the same license code you already have. Make sure to uninstall all of your previous TurboTax files for this year and you may wish to clear your cache/cookies then restart your computer before starting your fresh download.
