Purchased turbotax Desktop from costco but it wont allow me to access my tax info from online acct. When I signed online it has nowhere to add license code.

The codes for TurboTax Online will not work with TurboTax Desktop & vice-versa.
Also you can't transfer information from TurboTax Online to TurboTax Desktop.
