When choosing TurboTax Live Assist & Review edition, you can schedule a date and time that is convenient for you. Our Tax Experts will call you at the appointed time and thoroughly review your tax return with you. However, do not wait until the last minute to file your taxes, as our slots are limited.
You can reach out to our Tax Experts during the hours of operation, as follows:
- During tax season (from February 22 to April 30), we are open from 9 a.m. to 12:00 midnight ET, 7 days a week for English, and 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. ET for French.
- During our off-season (after May 1), both English and French hours of operation will be 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET, Monday to Friday.
