You just need to install the software on the second computer using the same licence. 

 You can download the current version of TurboTax CD/download edition here:  Choose the 2023 TurboTax edition you need (for Windows).

To download your 2023 TurboTax software to another computer you will go to this link and then click on the TurboTax Software that you have purchased and install it- you will need your license code in order to put it on a new computer.
