How do I report money received after the city expropriated some of our land?

The city bought a piece of our property to widen the road - so just wondering where we report the money we received

You can report it as a capital gain/loss. Use the “Find” tool 🔍 to search for “cap”. Select “Capital Gains/Losses” and then click the “Go” button.
