How to add my income without a T4 slip?

is this information still valid for a 2023 income tax return?
Do I just enter the estimated info in the T4 section (as if I have a T4)?

I have to file the taxes for a person who worked last year and has all her pay slips until end of October, after this period the company did not pay and no T4s  were issued to any employee. The accountant did not issue them as they were not paid by the employer as well. 

How do I enter the info in Profile?

I have enter a number of incomes from various employers using  T4 slips. One employer did not issued me a T4 and says she does not plan too. How do I enter that income?

@sheltoncochran You can enter your income on the Other Employment Income page. If you are using TurboTax Do It Yourself (Online), you can use the search on the Tax Home page to look for "tips".
