I cannot see a toolbar and there is no menu option to toggle between interview mode and standard tax forms mode. How do I access toolbar and standard tax forms view?

In TurboTax Online, there is no way to edit the forms. But you can see the actual CRA forms that make up your return by saving/printing your return. When you get the NETFILE page, click the Preview button to get a PDF of your full return (all the CRA forms).
