I did not work in 2020 but the app is pulling info from 2019 and saying I did. I answered no but it’s still saying I did how do I change this?

You can go to My Info> Personal Tax Profile for [Your Name].

Click Edit beside Income & work related expenses.

Select No to the question: “[Your Name], did you work in 2020?”
