I have a t4a for RESP income, with amounts on Box 14 and Box 42, but when I go to the T4A form, there is no option for me to input those amounts.

Box 014 is the Recipient's number, which is for information only and not needed for your return.

Box 042 - RESP educational assistance payments is there, a few lines above Box 105: Scholarships etc...
