    My refund request has been open for several months now and still no update. I was charged twice for the same product.

    My refund request has been open for several months now and still no update. I was charged twice for the same product.

    It looks like you are using Assist & Review. If you're using a TurboTax Live product, you can select "Live Help" in the bottom right to connect with a TurboTax specialist who can help you with your refund.
