My Spouse is not a Canadian resident and has no SIN, how do I fill in this section?

He has no SIN, doesn't live in Canada, nor has he ever. Do I just put 000-000-000 for his SIN and say no to every other question?

You can enter 000 000 000 as their SIN number. Enter your spouse's net income from whatever country they are a resident of, but in Canadian dollars.
